新疆地区女性偏头痛与脑小血管疾病相关性研究

摘　　要：目的分析新疆地区女性偏头痛的影响,以及偏头痛与脑小血管疾病的相关性.方法选择2020年6月-2021年5月伊犁州奎屯医院130例新疆地区女性偏头痛患者作为研究组,选择同期到该院体检的128例无偏头痛新疆地区女性作为对照组.针对新疆地区女性偏头痛的危险因素进行分析.比较两组脑小血管疾病的发生情况,并对影响新疆地区女性偏头痛患者脑小血管疾病的危险因素进行分析.结果经分析发现,高血压史与偏头痛家族史是新疆地区女性偏头痛的独立危险因素(P<0.05).研究组脑小血管疾病发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.01).偏头痛家族史、伴随症状、NRS评分与病程是影响新疆地区女性偏头痛患者脑小血管疾病的独立危险因素(P<0.05).结论有高血压史与偏头痛家族史是新疆地区女性偏头痛的危险因素,而在新疆地区女性偏头痛患者中影响脑小血管疾病的发生原因为偏头痛家族史、伴随症状、病程与头痛程度,临床应给予足够的重视.Objective To analyze the impact of migraine in women in Xinjiang and the correlation between migraine and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods 130 female migraine patients in Xinjiang from Kuitun Hospital of Yili Prefecture from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study group,and 128 female migraine-free women in Xinjiang from our hospital were selected as the control group.The risk factors of female migraine in Xinjiang were analyzed.The incidence of cerebrovascular diseases in the two groups was compared,and the risk factors of cerebrovascular diseases in female migraine patients in Xinjiang were analyzed.Results After analysis,it was found that hypertension and family history of migraine were independent risk factors for female migraine in Xinjiang(P<0.05).The incidence of cerebrovascular diseases in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Family history,concomitant symptoms,NRS score and course of migraine were independent risk factors for cerebrovascular disease in female migraine patients in Xinjiang(P<0.05).Conclusion A history of hypertension and family history of migraine are the risk factors for female migraine in Xinjiang.Among female migraine patients in Xinjiang,the causes that affect the occurrence of cerebrovascular diseases are family history of migraine,accompanying symptoms,course of disease and degree of headache,which should be given sufficient attention in clinical practice.
