基于ADDIE教学模型构建基层骨干人员教育培养体系的策略分析

摘　　要：基于ADDIE教学模型的特点,分析临床基地在实施基层骨干人员培训项目时构建ADDIE教育培养体系的必要性,从分析、设计、开发、实施、评价5个阶段提出ADDIE教育培养体系的构建要点,探讨ADDIE教育培养体系的发展策略.基层骨干人员培训项目是提升基层卫生人才能力的重要举措,ADDIE教学模型的运用,可以保障临床基地能够系统性、针对性地完成基层骨干人员培训工作,保证培养方式的科学性、合理性和培养结果的有效性,能够切实提升培训质量和培训效果.Based on the characteristics of the ADDIE teaching model,this paper analyzes the necessity of constructing the ADDIE education and training system when the clinical base implements the training project for the grassroots backbone personnel,puts forward the key points of constructing the ADDIE education and training system from the five stages of analysis,design,development,implementation and evaluation,and discusses the development strategy of the ADDIE education and training system.Grassroots backbone personnel training program is an important measure to enhance the capacity of grassroots health personnel,the application of ADDIE teaching model can ensure that the clinical base can systematically and pertinently complete the grassroots backbone personnel training,ensure the scientific and rational of training methods and the effectiveness of training results,can effectively improve the quality and effect of training.
