摘 要:乳腺癌易感基因1(breast cancer susceptibility gene 1,BRCA1)是著名的肿瘤易感基因,它编码的蛋白质在正确修复受损DNA中起至关重要的作用。目前国内外关于BRCA1的报道多集中在乳腺癌和卵巢癌的遗传易感性方面,关于BRCA1在结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)中的效用知之甚少,本文将综述BRCA1基因突变、mRNA及蛋白表达与CRC关系的研究进展及其潜在的治疗作用。Breast cancer susceptibility gene 1(BRCA1)is a well-known tumor susceptibility gene,and the protein it encodes plays a crucial role in the correct repair of damaged DNA.Most of the current domestic and international reports on BRCA1 focus on genetic susceptibility to breast and ovarian cancers,and little is known about the utility of BRCA1 in colorectal cancer(CRC).This paper reviews the research progress of BRCA1 gene mutation,mRNA and protein expression in relation to CRC and its potential therapeutic role.
