摘 要:目的探讨分阶段目标教学结合翻转课堂教学方法在内分泌带教中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2021年6月在上海市同仁医院内分泌科住院医师规范化培训医学生30名,按数字随机表法分为两组,即对照组15名采用分阶段目标教学,观察组15名在此基础上采用翻转课堂教学法;比较两组实习住院医师规范化培训医学生的实践操作能力、学习兴趣等。结果观察组教学后理论成绩、实践操作能力评分高于对照组,情感体验、认知行为评分高于对照组,教学满意度100%高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分阶段目标教学结合翻转课堂教学可提高内分泌科住院医师规范化培训学生的实践操作能力,增强住院医师规范化培训学生的学习兴趣,应用效果好。Objective To explore the application effect of staged goal teaching combined with flipped classroom teaching methods in endocrine teaching.Methods A total of 30 medical students who received standardized training for resident physicians in the endocrinology department of Tongren Hospital in Shanghai from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groups using a digital random table method.The control group was consisted of 15 students who received phased target teaching,while the observation group was consisted of 15 students who received flipped classroom teaching based on that of control group.Compared the practical skills and learning interests of two groups of standardized training medical students for interns and residents.Results The observation group’s theoretical scores and practical performance scores after teaching were higher than those of the control group.The emotional experience and cognitive behavior scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The teaching satisfaction rate was 100.00%,higher than the control group’s 66.67%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Staged goal teaching combined with flipped classroom teaching can improve the practical ability of endocrinology training students,enhance the students’interest in learning,and have a good application effect..
