摘 要:目的探讨内外科课程整合背景下理实一体化教学法在消化道出血教学中的实施效果。方法选择2021年1—9月在滨州医学院附属医院见习的2018级临床医学五年制本科专业64名学生作为研究对象,随机分为试验组(理实一体化教学法)与对照组(传统方法教学法),各32名。比较两组学生理论成绩及对教学的满意度。结果试验组学生理论成绩得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生对教师表现及教学设计有更高的评价及接受程度,差异有统计学意义(96.88%vs.81.25%,P<0.05;93.75%vs.75.00%,P<0.05)。结论通过内外科课程整合的理实一体化教学法在临床医学本科专业消化道出血教学中应用效果优于传统教学法,更有利于增强医学生的学习效率和知识掌握能力。Objective To investigate the efficacy of theoretical practice all-in-one mode based on curriculum integration of internal medicine and surgery in teaching gastrointestinal bleeding course for clinical medical undergraduates.Methods A total of 64 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine of grade 2018 who attended a pre-clerkship at Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2021 to September 2021 were selected.All students were randomized to the control group(traditional teaching method)and the intervention group(theoretical practice all-in-one)(32 students per group).Performance scores of the students and their degree of satisfaction with the teaching process were compared.Results The theoretical scores of experimental group were higher than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The students in the experimental group had higher evaluation and acceptance of teacher performance and teaching design,and the differences were statistically significant(96.88%vs.81.25%,P<0.05;93.75%vs.75.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Theoretical practice all-in-one based on curriculum integration of internal medicine and surgery in teaching gastrointestinal bleeding course for clinical medical undergraduates has obvious advantages over the traditional teaching method,and might be more advantageous for enhancing the learning enthusiasm and the mastery of knowledge.
