摘 要:优质高效的教学活动是提高住院医师规范化培训(住培)质量的关键,而疑难病例讨论制度是住培教学活动的关键部分,是住培学员临床实践操作与理论知识学习的重要衔接环节。疑难病例讨论是超声医学科重要的临床教学方法,是提高住培学员对超声诊断、鉴别诊断能力的主要方式,同时可以提升带教老师的临床教学能力。住培过程中,疑难病例讨论可以调动超声住培学员的学习积极性、完善临床理论知识体系、强化临床思维、扩展知识储备及提高临床实战能力。High-quality and efficient teaching activities are the key to improve the quality of standardized residency training.The difficult case discussion system is a key part of residential training teaching activities and an important link between clinical practice and theoretical knowledge learning for residents.Difficult case discussion is an important clinical teaching method in the department of ultrasound medicine.It is the main way to improve the students'ability of ultrasound diagnosis and differential diagnosis.At the same time,it can improve the clinical teaching ability of teachers.In the process of training,the discussion of difficult cases can mobilize the enthusiasm of the students’to learn,improve the clinical theoretical knowledge system,strengthen clinical thinking,expand knowledge reserves and improve clinical practical ability.
