血透患者生活质量与照顾者饮食营养知信行的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解血透患者生活质量及其主要照顾者的知信行现状,探索二者的相关性。方法:采用自行设计的饮食营养知信行问卷、慢性肾脏病生活质量量表(chronic kidney disease quality of life scale,KDQOL-SF)便利抽样,对兰州市两所三甲医院的450名血透患者及其主要照顾者进行调查。结果:主要照顾者的知信行总分为(85.40±10.23)分,血透患者生活质量总分为(165.67±46.01)分,知信行得分与患者生活质量得分呈显著相关性(P<0.01)。结论:血透患者的生活质量及其主要照顾者饮食营养的知信行水平均不高,二者呈正相关。Objective:To investigate quality of life of hemodialysis patients and their main caregivers'knowledge,attitude,belief and practice model(KABP model),and explore the connections between both.Methods:Convenience sampling of 450 hemodialysis patients and their main caregivers from two class A tertiary hospitals of Lanzhou city were conducted using self-designed diet and nutrition questionnaire of KABP and KDQOL-SF.Results:Total scores of the main caregivers'KABP model were(85.40±10.23)points,total scores of quality of life of the patients were(165.67±46.01)points,a significant correlation was found between the scores of KABP model and the scores of quality of life(P<0.01).Conclusion:Hemodialysis patients'quality of life and the main caregivers'diet and nutrition are in low level of KABP model,both presenting positive correlation.
