中西医治疗焦虑症的研究进展

摘　　要：从焦虑症的中西医病因病机入手,阐述近十年来国内以中西医结合为主治疗焦虑症的方法,包括针刺治疗、中药汤剂、走罐疗法,以及联合口服西药、心理干预治疗等方法。此外,还对焦虑症的机理进行了阐述,充分发挥了传统医学和现代医学干预治疗焦虑症的优势,临床疗效确切。Starting with the cause and the pathogenesis of anxiety disorder in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,the paper illustrates the main therapeutic methods of treating anxiety disorder by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the recent ten years,including acupuncture,herbal decoction,slide cupping,and combining with oral Western medicine,psychological interventions and others.In addition,the elaboration of the mechanism of anxiety disorder has fully exploited the advantages of intervening the disease with traditional medicine and modern medicine with definite clinical effects.
