复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合标准四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合标准四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2022年10月苏州市第九人民医院住院治疗的102例Hp阳性合并消化性溃疡患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为试验组和对照组,各51例。对照组予以标准四联疗法,试验组予以复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合标准四联疗法。比较两组患者临床疗效、基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)、血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.029)。治疗后,两组血清IL-1β、MMP-1水平均较治疗前低,且试验组均较对照组低(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.021)。结论:复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合标准四联疗法在幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡临床治疗中,可有效改善治疗效果,降低血清IL-1β、MMP-1水平以及不良反应发生率,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus combined with standard quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive peptic ulcer.Method:A total of 102 Hp positive patients with peptic ulcer admitted to Suzhou Ninth People's Hospital from January 2019 to October 2022 were selected,they were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given standard quadruple therapy,and the experimental group was given Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus combined with standard quadruple therapy.The clinical efficacy,matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1),serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P=0.029).After treatment,serum IL-1βand MMP-1 levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,those in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P=0.021).Conclusion:Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus combined with standard quadruple therapy in the clinical treatment of Hp positive peptic ulcer can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the levels of serum IL-1β,MMP-1 and the incidence of adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
