摘　　要：探讨尿膀胱癌抗原(UBC)联合尿液核基质蛋白22(NMP22)在膀胱癌诊断中的价值。研究显示,膀胱癌病人尿液内的NMP22和UBC蛋白浓度水平较非肿瘤病人上升明显,且在膀胱癌不同分级及分期中有均存在差异表达,尿液内的NMP22和UBC蛋白浓度水平联合检测可作为膀胱癌无创诊断的瘤标,值得推广使用。To explore the value of urinary bladder cancer cancer antigen(UBC)combined with urinary nuclear matrix protein 22(NMP22)in the diagnosis of bladder cancer.The concentration of NMP22 and UBC protein in the urine of bladder cancer patients increased significantly than that of non tumor patients,and there were different expressions in different grades and stages of bladder cancer.The combined detection of NMP22 and UBC protein concentration in the urine can be used as a tumor marker for non-invasive diagnosis of bladder cancer,and the value should be popularized.
