摘  要:文章将蒸汽爆破预处理的改性玉米秸秆粉/PBAT复合材料与未经蒸汽爆破预处理改性玉米秸秆粉/PBAT复合材料和纯PBAT材料进行了理化特性对比分析。结果表明:蒸汽爆破预处理后改性玉米秸秆粉填充PBAT复合材料比未经蒸汽爆破预处理改性玉米秸秆粉/PBAT复合材料的拉伸强度提高了5.78%,断裂伸长率提高了15.02%,结晶度降低了2.38%;比纯PBAT材料的拉伸强度降低了47.01%,断裂伸长率降低了52.32%,结晶度提高了32.26%。蒸汽爆破预处理前后改性玉米秸秆粉填充PBAT复合材料中发生了酯化反应。通过蒸汽爆破预处理玉米秸秆,与PBAT制成共混生物基塑料,降低了生产成本,提高了产品性能,为玉米秸秆在生物基全降解塑料领域提供了新的应用途径。The physical and chemical properties of the modified corn straw powder/PBAT composite materiasl with steam blasting were compared with the modified corn straw powder/PBAT composite materials without steam blasting and PBAT material.The results showed that the tensile strength and elonga-tion at break of the modified corn straw powder/PBAT composite materials with steam blasting increased 5.78%and 15.02%.respectively compared with modified corn straw powder/PBAT composite materials without steam blasting.And the crystallization degree decreased 2.38%.Compared with PBAT material,the tensile strength decreased 47.01%,the elongation at break decreased 52.32%,and the crystallization degree increased 32.26%.Infrared spectrum analysis of characteristic chemical groups showed that the composite materials were esterified.The corn straw with steam blasting and PBAT blending biodegradable plastics reduced the cost,improved the performance of production,and provided a new way for corn straw to be used in biodegradable plastics field.
