摘  要:高压喷油器是汽油直喷(GDI)发动机系统的核心零部件,在四冲程发动机的进气或压缩冲程将汽油直接喷入缸内,进而提升发动机燃油效率。其驱动电路设计既要满足在高压喷油器开启瞬间的高能量要求,又要满足稳态工作时低能耗要求,还要满足停止喷油时可以快速关断要求。论文通过对高压喷油器的工作原理进行了详细分析,掌握了其驱动能量的计算方法和不同运行阶段的驱动控制策略,并通过Saber RD仿真加以验证。High pressure fuel injector is the key component of gasoline direct injection(GDI)engine system.It directly injects gasoline into the cylinder during the intake or compression stroke of a four stroke engine,thereby improving the fuel efficiency of the engine.The design of its driving circuit should not only meet the requirements of high energy at the moment when the highpressure fuel injector starts,but also meet the requirements of low energy consumption during steady state operation,and also meet the requirements of fast shutdown when fuel injection is stopped.In this paper,the working principle of the high-pressure fuel injector is analyzed in detail,and the calculation method of its driving energy and the driving control strategies in different operating stages are researched,which are also verified by Saber RD simulation.
