摘 要:制动Rattle噪音是长期困扰整车车企和制动器供应商制动噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)难题。为分析和解决该项难题,文章以某制动器项目为载体,通过建立单自由度运动模型和力学模型,对该噪音制动器进行运动和受力分析,确定影响该制动器Rattle噪音的各项因素。同时通过整车验证和分析阐述了制动器各主要因素在实际噪音产生过程中起到的作用,分析结果表明噪音发生位置间隙控制是影响该噪音至关重要的内在因素。研究分析过程中对解决该噪音问题各项因素和方法也进行了梳理,为整车车企和制动器供应商解决类似噪音问题提供参考。Brake Rattle noise is one of the noise,vibration,harshness(NVH)problems that has long plagued automobile manufacturers and brake suppliers.In order to solve this problem,based on the brake development project,this paper establishes the single degree of freedom model and mechanical analysis model,and determines the main factors that affect the brake Rattle noise.At the same time,by the vehicle test verification and analysis,the role played by the main factors of the brake system in the process of the brake noise generation is described.The analysis results show that the gap control of the noise generation position is the key internal factor affecting the noise.In the process of research and analysis,various factors and methods to solve the noise problem are also sorted out,which could provide the reference for Automobile enterprises and brake suppliers to solve similar noise problems.
