摘 要:伴随着数字化经济的不断发展,传统汽车维修领域面临着产业升级、技术提升、客户群体深度变化的局面。如何更有效地提高企业利润、更好地提升客户满意度充分激发国内汽车后市场的巨大潜力是汽车维修企业普遍面临的问题。文章通过分析传统汽车维修服务领域的发展瓶颈和机遇挑战,结合数据通信技术(ICT)技术的迅速发展,提出传统汽车维修领域接续发展中在门店策略、维修项目、服务意识和人才培养方面的思考对策,以期在ICT驱动的汽车维修行业创新发展提供一定的参考意义。With the continuous development of digital economy,the traditional automobile maintenance field is facing the situation of industrial upgrading,technology upgrading and deep changes in customer groups.How to effectively improve enterprise profits,better enhance customer satisfaction and fully stimulate the huge potential of the domestic automotive aftermarket is a common problem faced by automotive maintenance enterprises.By analyzing the development bottlenecks and opportunities and challenges in the field of traditional automobile maintenance services,combine with the rapid development of information communications technology(ICT)technology,this paper puts forward the thinking countermeasures in the aspects of store strategy,maintenance projects,service awareness and personnel training in the continuous development of the field of traditional automobile maintenance,with a view to providing some reference for the innovative development of the automobile maintenance industry driven by ICT.
