摘 要:以复合材料层合板的声辐射为研究对象,基于分层理论建立复合材料层合板有限元模型,获得复合材料层合板的固有振动特性;进一步基于声辐射模态理论,采用振动模态与声辐射模态耦合分析方法,考察铺设角度、铺设方式、铺层数量、边界条件等因素对层合板声辐射特性的影响,分别进行层合板的振声能量转化定性、定量分析。计算分析结果表明(:1)铺层角度对层合板声辐射影响较大,特别是对于单向铺设的情况,在(1,1)模态频率处铺设角度越大辐射效率越高,而在(3,1)模态频率处铺设角度越大辐射效率越低(;2)在单向、对称、反对称3种铺设方式中,单向铺设的声辐射能力最弱,反对称铺设的声辐射能力最强(;3)铺层数量增加、边界约束增强均能提高板的声辐射能力。Sound radiation characteristic of composite laminates is studied.The finite element model of the composite laminates is established based on lamination theory,and the natural vibration characteristics of the composite laminates are obtained.Based on the sound radiation mode theory,the coupling analysis method of vibration mode and sound radiation mode is adopted to investigate the influences of fiber orientation angle,fiber arrangement,the number of layers and boundary conditions on the sound radiation characteristics of the laminates.The qualitative and quantitative analysis of vibration and sound energy transformation of the laminates are carried out respectively.The results show that:(1)The fiber orientation angle has a great influence on the sound radiation of laminates,especially for single arrangement.In the(1,1)mode,the larger the fiber orientation angle is,the higher the radiation efficiency is,while in the(3,1)mode,the larger the fiber orientation angle is,the lower the radiation efficiency is;(2)In single direction,symmetric and anti-symmetric arrangement,single direction arrangement has the weakest sound radiation ability,and anti-symmetric arrangement has the strongest sound radiation capacity;(3)The increase of the number of layers and the enhancement of boundary constraints can improve the sound radiation ability of the plate.
