声学黑洞排列组合板结构的减振特性研究

摘  要:声学黑洞结构是一种弹性波操控结构,利用它可以实现对弹性波的减振降噪和能量回收。为了探究按照一定方式排列组合的声学黑洞结构的减振特性,设计4种方案的声学黑洞板结构。采用有限元法进行谐响应分析,提取不同频率下的振动速度级曲线;进行瞬态分析,提取结构上的振动功率流分布。并对比不同方案板结构的减振特性。结果表明:声学黑洞组合体结构具有良好的能量聚集效应,在一定的频率范围内,其减振效果优于其他声学黑洞结构,研究为新型声学黑洞的结构设计提供一种新思路。Acoustic black hole structure is an elastic wave control structure,which can be used to a high-frequency vibration and noise reduction and energy recovery.In order to explore the vibration damping characteristics of plate structures with arrayed and combined acoustic black hole,four schemes of acoustic black hole plate-structures are designed in this paper.By using finite element method,the vibration velocity level curves with different frequencies and vibration power flow distribution in different positions are obtained.The damping characteristics of the four plate structures are compared.The results show that the plate with combined acoustic black hole structure has good energy recovery effect,and its vibration reduction effect is better than the other acoustic black hole structures in a certain frequency range.This study provides a new idea for the structural design of new acoustic black holes structures.
