摘 要:对含有干摩擦的双层非线性隔振器进行无谐振理论分析与试验研究。首先建立含有干摩擦的二自由度非线性动力学模型来描述非线性隔振系统,运用平均法求解二自由度模型的响应,并对其进行解锁分析,得到解锁前后系统的绝对位移传递率曲线;然后分析隔振系统中底层库仑摩擦阻尼、上层迟滞干摩擦阻尼以及上下层质量比等参数对隔振系统性能的影响;最后通过设计双层隔振系统试验,验证了理论分析的准确性。理论分析与试验结果可以被用来指导双层无谐振隔振器的设计。Theoretical analysis and experimental study on the double layer nonlinear vibration isolators with dry friction are carried out.Firstly,a 2-DOF nonlinear dynamic model is established to describe the nonlinear vibration isolation system.The response of the mechanical model is solved by the average method,and the unlocking analysis is carried out to obtain the absolute displacement transfer rate curve of the system before and after unlocking.Then,the effects of the Coulomb friction damping of the bottom layer,the hysteretic dry friction damping of the upper layer and the mass ratio of the upper and lower layers on the performance of the vibration isolation system are analyzed.Finally,the double-layer vibration isolation system test is designed and performed to verify the accuracy of the theoretical analysis.The theoretical analysis and experimental results of this work have provided a guidance for the design of double-layer non-resonant vibration isolators.
