摘  要:基于统计能量法建立地铁车内噪声仿真预测模型,分析车体结构在空气声传递路径上的薄弱环节。通过地铁车内噪声仿真预测及传递路径分析,指导车体结构的减振降噪设计。基于板件隔声的基本原理,研究地铁车体板件隔声量的全频段计算方法,分析板件结构参数对其隔声性能的影响规律。综合考虑车体刚度、轻量化及隔声性能,提出地铁车体结构减振降噪优化设计方案,从而降低车内噪声,提高地铁车辆乘坐舒适性。Based on the statistical energy analysis method,a model of metro interior noise simulation is established to analyze the weak points of the vehicle’s body structure in the airborne noise transfer path.The simulation and prediction of the metro interior noise and the transfer path analysis can guide the vibration and noise reduction design of the car body.Based on the basic principles of panel sound transmission loss,a full-band calculation method for the sound transmission loss of metro car body panels is studied.The influence of the structural parameters of the panel on its sound transmission loss performance is analyzed.Considering the rigidity,light weight and sound insulation performance of the car body,an optimized design scheme for vibration and noise reduction of the metro car body structure is proposed to reduce the interior noise and improve the riding comfort of the metro cars.
