摘  要:为了有效控制1450连轧机组支持辊轴承在轧制时温度快速升高问题,分别从宏观和微观角度分析轴承产生高温的原因,通过增设远程测温监控技术,采用加大油气润滑供给,增加局部冷却及保持轴承座润滑油液位等一系列措施,保证轴承能够在适当的温度安全稳定运行。In order to solve the problem that the temperature of the bearings to the back-up rolls in the 1450 continuous rolling mill train during rolling rose rapidly,the causes leading to high temperature of the bearings were analyzed from the macroscopic and microscopic perspectives.Then these measures such as adding remote temperature-measuring and monitoring technology,increasing the oil-air lubrication supply volume,adding the means of sub-cooling and maintaining the liquid level of the lubricating oil for the bearing supports were taken so that the bearings could be operated safely and stably at the appropriate temperature.
