摘 要:为改善豌豆淀粉(Pea Starch,PS)-聚乙烯醇(Polyvinyl Alcohol,PVA)复合气凝胶(PS-PVA)的阻燃性能,采用酸解法制备甲壳素晶须(Chitin Whisker,CW)并将其引入PS-PVA水凝胶,通过冻融-冻干技术制备CW改性PS-PVA复合气凝胶(CW/PS-PVA)。此外,为进一步提高PS-PVA气凝胶的阻燃效果,将CW/PS-PVA复合水凝胶用硼砂溶液处理再冷冻干燥,得到含氮(N)和硼(B)的复合气凝胶(CW/PS-PVA-B)。结果表明,CW/PS-PVA气凝胶和CW/PS-PVA-B复合气凝胶的极限氧指数分别为27.8%和35.6%,比PS-PVA气凝胶分别提高42%和82%。热稳定分析表明CW/PS-PVA-B复合气凝胶在800℃残炭量为45.7%,比PS-PVA气凝胶提高266.8%。微型量热表明CW/PS-PVA-B复合气凝胶的PHRR和THR比PS-PVA气凝胶分别下降了72.1%和69.6%。因此,N和B协同可使PSPVA气凝胶具有较高的阻燃性能,有利于气凝胶的实际应用。In order to improve the flame retardant properties of pea starch(PS)-polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)composite aerogel(PS-PVA),chitin whisker(CW)was prepared by acid hydrolysis method and introduced into PS/PVA hydrogel.CW modified PSPVA composite aerogel(CW/PS-PVA)was prepared by freeze-thawing and freeze-drying technology.In order to further improve the flame retarding effect of PS-PVA aerogel,CW/PS-PVA composite hydrogel was treated with borax solution and freeze-dried to yield composite aerogel containing both nitrogen(N)and boron(B)elements(CW/PS-PVA-B).The results showed that the limiting oxygen indexes of CW/PS-PVA aerogel and CW/PS-PVA-B composite aerogel were 27.8%and 35.6%,respectively,which were 42%and 82%higher than that of PS-PVA aerogel.The thermal stability analysis showed that the residual carbon content of CW/PS-PVA-B composite aerogel at 800℃reached 45.7%,which was 266.8%higher than that of PS-PVA aerogel.Microcalorimetry showed that PHRR and THR of CW/PS-PVA-B composite aerogel decreased by 72.1%and 69.6%compared with PS-PVA aerogel,respectively.Therefore,the synergism of N and B can make PS-PVA aerogel have higher flame retardancy,which is conducive to the practical application of aerogel.
