摘  要:主要阐述了近年来国内外油基钻井液用乳化剂的发展现状。介绍了油基乳化剂的作用原理,并详细阐述了近年来国内外发展起来的六种新型油基乳化剂,根据分析结果,国内外油基乳化剂仍以适应抗高温、高压、深井复杂地层、油气层保护为主攻目标,还处于发展和改进阶段。目前的发展方向是以提高油基钻井液乳化稳定性、流变性、润湿性为主要目标,兼以油气藏保护作用和环境友好性为次要目标。This paper mainly discusses the development of emulsifier for oil-based drilling fluid at home and abroad in recent years,then introduces the mechanisms of oil-based emulsifiers,and expounds in detail six new oil-based emulsifiers developed in recent years.According to the analysis results,the oil-based emulsifiers are still in the development and improvement stage,mainly aiming at adapting to high temperature resistance,high pressure,complex formation in deep well,and formation damage controlling.The current development for emulsifiers for oil-based drilling fluid is to improve the emulsion stability,rheology and wettability as the main goal,and to reduce the formation damage and enhance the environmental friendliness as the secondary goal.
