摘 要:实验室危险源是造成实验室事故的潜在因素,对实验室危险源的有效管控是降低实验室安全事故的必要措施。本文结合笔者工作实际,将实验室危险源分为化学类、生物类、特种设备类、机电类、电子类和其他类;并根据危险源的危害程度将危险源安全风险等级分为一级、二级、三级和四级;再根据各实验室各级危险源的使用或存放情况将实验室安全等级分为一级、二级、三级和四级,对实验室进行分级管理,并提出实验室各类危险源的预防措施,从而降低实验室安全事故的发生。Laboratory hazards are potential factors that cause laboratory accidents.Effective control of laboratory hazards is a necessary measure to reduce laboratory safety accidents.In this paper,according to the author's work practice,the laboratory hazards are divided into chemical,biological,special equipment,electromechanical,electronic and other categories.According to the hazard degree of the hazard source,the safety risk level of the hazard source is divided into level I,level II,level III and level IV.Then,according to the use or storage of hazard sources at all levels in each laboratory,the safety level of the laboratory is divided into level I,level II,level III and level IV.the laboratory is managed at different levels,and the preventive measures for various hazard sources in the laboratory are put forward,so as to reduce the occurrence of laboratory safety accidents.
