摘 要:针对采煤机电控系统抗振性能不足的问题,通过对采煤机电控系统进行振动测试,找到其薄弱点,并结合实际使用情况,从电气系统的安装结构、防护措施、减振措施等方面进行改进设计,对采取的减振措施作有限元对比分析,并进行实际验证。结果表明:改进后的电控系统抗振性能明显提高,因振动引起的故障明显减少,可为采煤机电气控制系统的抗振设计提供参考。In response to the problem of insufficient anti-vibration performance of the electric control system of the coal mining machine,vibration testing was conducted on the electric control system of the coal mining machine to identify its weak points.Based on actual usage,improvements were made in the installation structure,protective measures,and vibration reduction measures of the electrical system.Finite element comparative analysis was conducted on the vibration reduction measures taken,and actual verification was conducted.The results showed that the improved electronic control system significantly improved its vibration resistance performance,and the number of faults caused by vibration was significantly reduced.This can provide a reference for the vibration resistance design of the electrical control system of coal mining machines.
