摘 要:目的提出一种新型的标本取物袋结构设计方案,以期能够用于经自然腔道内镜手术(natural orifice translumenal endoscopic surgery,NOTES)。方法首先,设计一种含有伸缩骨架装置、驱动结构装置、固定装置的标本取物袋结构;然后,采用MATLAB中的FMINCON函数将伸缩骨架装置的非线性化问题进行优化分析;最后,通过MATLAB对伸缩骨架装置进行运动学分析,得到伸缩骨架装置和驱动装置的角速度、角加速度曲线。结果优化设计得出驱动装置最佳运动距离区间为50~60 mm,并通过模拟实验验证了机构驱动效果。结论用于NOTES结直肠手术的新型标本取物袋结构设计方案合理,符合临床需求,具有良好的应用前景。Objective To propose a new structural design scheme of specimen collection bag,and to apply to natural orifice translumenal endoscopic surgery.Methods First,we designed a specimen collection bag structure containing a telescopic skeleton device,a driving structure device,and a fixing device;Then,the FMINCON function in MATLAB was used to optimize the nonlinear problem of the telescopic skeleton device;Finally,the kinematics of the telescopic skeleton device was analyzed by MATLAB,angular velocity and angular acceleration curves of the telescopic skeleton device and the driving device were obtained.Results The optimal distance range of the driving device was 50-60 mm,and the driving effect of the mechanism was verified by simulation experiments.Conclusions A new type of specimen collection bag for NOTES colorectal surgery has a reasonable structure design,satisfies clinical needs,and has good application prospects.
