摘　　要：广大农民群众是乡村振兴战略的最大主体,农民群众整体素质的高低直接关系到乡村振兴战略的成败。加强农村人才培养是实施人才强农战略的关键环节。培育懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的农村人才是推动新时代乡村振兴的必由之路。在界定农村人才概念的基础上,将推进天津市农村人才培育路径建设作为破解发展困境的切入点,总结分析了天津农村人才培育现状,较为系统地归类分析天津市农村人才培育存在的问题,并从构建农村人才培育政策支持体系、健全农业产业人才融合培育体系、探索与当地农业生产状况相结合的培养模式、完善农村人才评价机制等方面提出了推进天津农村人才培育路径建设的对策建议。All the farmers are the largest subject of the rural revitalization strategy.The quality of farmers is directly related to the success or failure of the rural revitalization strategy.Strengthening the training ofrural talents is the key link of implementing the strategy of strengthening agriculture with talents.Cultivating rural talents who understand agriculture,love the countryside and love farmers is the only way to promote rural revitalization in the new era.Based on combining with the previous research results,the concept of rural talents was defined,taking promoting the construction of rural talent cultivation path in Tianjin as the entry point to solve the development dilemma,the curent situation of rural talent cultivation in Tianjin was summarized and analyzed,the existing problems of rural talent cultivation in Tianjin were systematically classifed and analyzed,and countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the construction of effective cultivation path for rural talent were put forward from the perspective of building a rural talent cultivation policy support system,improving the agricultural industry talent integration and cultivation system,exploring the training mode combined with the local agricultural production situation,and improving the evaluation mechanism of rural talents.
