摘　　要：介绍中国疾病预防控制信息化发展历程与应用成效,以中国疾病预防控制中心为研究对象,剖析制约信息化发展的问题,规划未来5~10年信息化发展方向,阐述疾病预防控制信息化体系“三横四纵”总体架构,并提出具体实施规划。The paper introduces the development history and application results of informatization for disease control and prevention in China,takes the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention as the research object,analyzes the problems restricting the development of informatization,plans the development direction of informatization in the next 5 to 10 years,expounds the overall framework of the informatization system for disease control and prevention,and puts forward the specific implementation path of the plan.
