摘　　要：介绍生命医学领域伦理规范发展现状,以生命医学领域伦理规范文件为分析框架,调研健康信息学相关期刊论文,阐述健康信息学研究现状及其中的伦理规范问题,提出伦理治理策略,包括识别健康信息学与生命医学交叉领域、提高生命医学交叉领域准入门槛、明确伦理审查判断原则等。The paper introduces the development status of ethical norms in the field of life science,takes the ethical norms documents of life science as the analysis framework,investigates the journal papers related to health informatics,expounds the research status of health informatics and ethical issues in the research,and puts forward ethical governance strategies,including identifying the cross fields of health informatics and life science,raising the threshold of life science cross fields,clarifying the principles of ethical review,etc.
