摘  要:液态二氧化碳压裂技术中采用无水纯液态二氧化碳,液态二氧化碳压裂管流摩阻的精准预测对于压裂的顺利进行具有极为重要的意义。针对该问题,对评价液态二氧化碳压裂管流摩阻的计算公式进行了研究。引入了液态二氧化碳压裂井口施工压力公式,在液态二氧化碳压裂管流摩阻压降计算模型中建立了摩阻系数与雷诺数之间的关系式来评价其摩阻系数。在液态二氧化碳压裂管流摩阻梯度计算模型中,对比分析了其相关摩阻计算方法。基于现场实测数据,通过得出的摩阻计算公式建立了不同管径和排量条件下的液态二氧化碳管流摩阻梯度曲线。研究结果表明,尼古拉兹系数清水摩阻计算式更为精确,相同排量下,摩阻随管径的增大而减小,套管注入方式的摩阻小于油管注入方式。采用相同管径的注入条件下,摩阻随施工排量增大而增大,研究结果对压裂施工的成功实施具有一定的指导意义。The anhydrous pure liquid carbon dioxide is used in liquid carbon dioxide fracturing technology.Accurate prediction of flow friction of liquid carbon dioxide fracturing pipe is of great significance to the smooth progress of fracturing.To solve this problem,the calculation formula for evaluating the flow friction of liquid carbon dioxide fracturing pipe is studied.The wellhead construction pressure formula of liquid carbon dioxide fracturing is introduced,and the relationship between friction coefficient and Reynolds number is established in the calculation model of friction pressure drop of liquid carbon dioxide fracturing pipe flow to evaluate its friction coefficient.In the friction gradient calculation model of liquid carbon dioxide fracturing pipe flow,the related friction calculation methods are compared and analyzed.Based on the field measured data,the friction gradient chart of liquid carbon dioxide pipe flow under different pipe diameters and discharge conditions is established by the friction calculation formula.The results show that the calculation formula of Nikuradse coefficient water friction is more accurate.Under the same displacement,the friction decreases with the increase of pipe diameter,and the friction of casing injection is less than that of tubing injection.Under the same pipe diameter injection conditions,the friction increases with the increase of construction displacement.The research results have important guiding significance for the successful implementation of fracturing construction.
