快速镶牙修复及烤瓷牙修复对牙周存在的危害性分析

摘　　要：目的研究快速镶牙修复及烤瓷牙修复对牙周存在的危害性。方法选取2018年1月—2022年3月江苏省盐城市第一人民医院(五官科医院)收治的口腔修复患者82例,通过随机数表法分组,每组41例。对照组予以快速镶牙修复,研究组选择烤瓷牙修复。记录两组修复效果、牙周疼痛感、炎症水平、牙周并发症情况。结果研究组修复有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.115,P=0.013);研究组牙周疼痛感比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组炎症水平比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组牙周并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.681,P=0.009)。结论在进行口腔修复时,烤瓷牙修复具有更好的修复效果,对牙周产生的伤害更小,建议在实际的口腔修复中予以采纳。Objective To study the harm of rapid inlay and porcelain fused to metal restoration on periodontal.Methods From January 2018 to March 2022,82 patients with oral prostheses were selected from the First People's Hospital of Yancheng(ENT Hospital),Jiangsu Province,and divided into groups by random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with rapid inlay and the study group was treated with porcelain fused to metal.The repair effect,periodontal pain,inflammation level and periodontal complications were recorded in the two groups.Results The repair effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.115,P=0.013).The periodontal pain in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of inflammation in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of periodontal complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.681,P=0.009).Conclusion In the process of oral repair,porcelain fused to metal restoration has better repair effect and less damage to the periodontal tissue.It is recommended to adopt it in the actual oral repair.
