摘  要:针对基于故障模式影响分析和故障树分析的单点故障模式识别方法难以识别具有冗余备份的单机假冗余问题,提出基于冗余有效性分析的航天器系统级单点故障模式识别方法。在故障模式影响分析和故障树分析基础上增加冗余有效性分析,有助于识别假冗余设计,全面识别系统级单点故障模式。该方法在载人航天器中已得到应用,通过对识别出的系统级单点故障模式相关设备采取控制措施,降低了载人飞行任务的风险,确保了任务成功。It’s difficult to identify the pseudo redundancy link of a single machine with redundancy design based on failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)and failure tree analysis(FTA).To solve this problem a spacecraft system level single point failure(SPF)identification method based on redundancy effectiveness analysis was proposed.Through adding redundancy effectiveness analysis on the basis of FMEA and FTA,the pseudo redundancy design and the system level SPF could be thoroughly identified.The proposed method was applied in the manned spacecraft.By taking control measures on the equipment which had the system level SPF,the risk of manned mission was reduced and the mission success was ensured.
