摘　　要：目的探讨腮腺黏膜相关淋巴组织(MALT)淋巴瘤的CT表现。方法回顾性分析7例经手术病理证实的腮腺MALT淋巴瘤的CT表现。7例患者均行CT平扫加增强扫描,仔细观察其CT图像上的影像学特点。结果7例患者中以中年女性多见。有5例伴有自身免疫性疾病,其中以干燥综合征最多见(4例)。CT检查表现,7例患者的病灶均位于颈部腮腺区,病灶边界尚清晰,大多数边缘规则;7例肿瘤均呈实性软组织密度,其中6例密度不均伴有小囊样低密度灶,但均未见到出血或钙化灶,增强后实性成分呈中等程度以上的强化,但病灶内小囊样低密度灶未见到明显强化。7例病灶均未突破包膜向邻近组织侵犯。7例患者颈部均未见明显肿大淋巴结。结论CT表现在腮腺MALT淋巴瘤诊断中具有一定的价值,再结合其与自身免疫性疾病(干燥综合征最多见)密切相关,有助于提高对该病变的诊断准确率。Objective To investigate the CT manifestations of parotid MALT lymphoma.Methods CT findings of 7 cases of parotid MALT lymphoma confirmed by surgical pathology were analyzed retrospectively.All 7 patients underwent plain CT and enhanced CT,and the imaging characteristics of the CT images were carefully observed.Results Most of the 7 patients were middle⁃aged women.5 cases were associated with autoimmune diseases,and sjogren's syndrome was the most common(4 cases).CT examination showed that the lesions of 7 patients were all located in the neck parotid gland are⁃a,with clear boundaries and most regular margins.All the 7 tumors showed solid soft tissue density,and 6 of them had une⁃ven density with cystic hypodensity foci,but no bleeding or calcification foci were observed.After enhancement,solid com⁃ponents showed moderate enhancement,but no obvious enhancement was observed in cystic hypodensity foci within the le⁃sion.None of the 7 lesions broke through the capsule and invaded adjacent tissues.There were no obvious enlarged lymph nodes in the neck of the 7 patients.Conclusion CT findings have certain value in the diagnosis of parotid MALT lympho⁃ma,and combined with its close correlation with autoimmune diseases(sjogren's syndrome is the most common),it is help⁃ful to improve the diagnostic accuracy of this disease.
