来那度胺在白血病治疗中的研究进展

摘　　要：来那度胺是二代免疫调节剂,已广泛应用于骨髓增生异常,多发性骨髓瘤及淋巴瘤等血液疾病的治疗,并获得较好的治疗效果。近年多项临床研究显示,来那度胺在急性及慢性白血病治疗中有积极的作用。无论对初诊还是复发、难治患者,来那度胺单药或联合用药等方案均可能提高治疗效果。本文就来那度胺在白血病治疗中的进展作综述。Lenalidomide is a second-generation immune modulator that has been widely used in the treatment of he-matological diseases such as myelodysplasia,multiple myeloma,and lymphoma,and has achieved good therapeutic ef-fects.In recent years,multiple clinical studies have shown that lenalidomide has a positive effect in the treatment of acute and chronic leukemia.Whether for newly diagnosed,relapsed,or refractory patients,single or combination therapy with lenalidomide may improve treatment effectiveness.This article reviews the progress of lenalidomide in the treatment of leukemia.
