左乙拉西坦联合注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗儿童癫痫认知功能障碍的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究左乙拉西坦联合注射用鼠神经生长因子在儿童癫痫认知功能障碍中的临床治疗效果。方法方便选取2019年1月—2021年12月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的儿童癫痫认知功能障碍患儿76例为研究对象。按照信封法平均分组,对照组接受左乙拉西坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗,从智力水平、语言功能、治疗总有效率、用药不良反应4个方面评估两组患儿治疗作用。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率(94.74%)明显高于对照组(76.32%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.208,P<0.05);观察组治疗后智力水平与WAB评分均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿用药不良反应发生率对比,差异有统计意义(P>0.05)。结论左乙拉西坦与注射用鼠神经生长因子联合应用,可良好治疗癫痫认知功能障碍患儿,进一步改善患儿智力与语言能力,且不会增加患儿不良反应的发生风险,是理想的联合用药方案。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of levetiracetam combined with injectable rat nerve growth factor in cognitive dysfunction in children with epilepsy.Methods From January 2019 to December 2021,76 children with epileptic cognitive impairment admitted to Women and Children's Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University were conveniently selected as subjects.According to the envelope method,the control group was treated with levetiracetam,and the observation group was treated with mouse nerve growth factor for injection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated from four aspects,intelligence level,language function,total effective rate and adverse drug reactions.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(94.74%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.32%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.208,P<0.05).After treatment,the intelligence level and WAB score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was not statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of levetiracetam and mouse nerve growth factor for injection can be used to treat children with epileptic cognitive dysfunction,further improve their intelligence and language ability,and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions.It is an ideal combination regimen.
