耳穴配合四白穴按摩治疗小学生近视影响的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴配合四白穴按摩对小学生近视的治疗效果,探索其防控效果及作用机制,为小学生近视的预防提供简便、有效的方法及理论依据。方法本研究招募了2016—2021年在湖里区第二实验小学的1860名6~12岁小学生,并测试了视力,根据视力情况制定相关诊断、纳入、排除标准,共筛选了330名近视小学生(患眼632只)纳入本研究,通过随机数字表法将所有近视小学生分为对照组(165名,患眼316只)和试验组(165名,患眼316只),对照组采用传统健康宣教+配镜治疗,试验组在对照组干预基础上采用耳穴配合四白穴按摩治疗,治疗周期1年,分别比较两组小学生的裸视视力、屈光度、临床症状评分及中医临床疗效评定。结果所有纳入研究的小学生均完成1年的治疗,并在1年后获得随访。两组小学生在治疗后裸视视力、屈光度、临床症状评分均比治疗前改善,其中试验组在治疗6个月、1年后裸视视力比对照组提高、屈光度较对照组减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组在治疗6个月、1年后临床症状明显改善,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论耳穴压豆配合四白穴按摩在改善小学生近视方面具有简单易行、安全有效、满意度高等优势,可应用于防控小学生近视。Objective To observe the effect of auricular points combined with sibai acupoint massage for myopia of primary school students,in order to investigate the prevention and control effect and mechanism,and provide a simple and effective method and theoretical basis for the prevention of myopia in primary school students.Methods 1860 primary school students aged 6 to 12 in Huli No.2 Experimental Primary School from 2016 to 2021 were chosen as the research object,and the vision of all the students were tested,330 primary school students myopia(632 eyes)were chosen according to the diagnostic,inclusion,and exclusion criteria based on visual acuity,and they were divided into control group(165 students,316 eyes)and experimental group(165 students,316 eyes)according to the random number table.The control group were with traditional health education and eyeglasses,the experimental group were with auricular points combined with sibai acupoint massage on the intervention of control group,the treatment cycle was 1 year.Then the naked vision,refraction,clinical symptom scores and evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results All primary school students all completed one year of treatment and were followed up one year later,the naked vision,refraction and clinical symptom scores of two groups after the treatment were significantly better than those before the treatment,and the naked vision of experimental group at 6 months and 1 year after the treatment were higher than those of control group,the refraction was lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical symptom of experimental group at 6 months and 1 year after the treatment were significantly improved,and the differences were statistically significant compared to the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The auricular points combined with Sibai acupoint massage has the advantages of simplicity,safety,effectiveness and high satisfaction in improving myopia of primary school
