摘　　要：细胞周期对细胞的多个过程严格控制,如增殖、生长以及分裂,且在肿瘤的发生以及发展过程中,其存在的调控机制非常重要。近年的研究指出,对于雌激素受体阳性人表皮生长因子受体阴性(HR+/HER2-)的乳腺癌患者来讲,利用细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶4和6(CD4/6)抑制剂治疗的治疗效果理想。但是对于三阴性乳腺癌患者的治疗效果始终存在一定的争议。因此,对有关分子标志物行进一步的探究,进而筛选出最能获得益处的乳腺癌人群对临床治疗意义重大。另外,在乳腺癌中,视网膜母细胞瘤基因(Rb)的角色也非常重要,而cyclinD-CDK4/6-Rb信号通路由于其存在对细胞周期限制点调控的效果,较多学者将其作为治疗乳腺癌的潜在靶点。本文综述在乳腺癌治疗中CD4/6抑制剂的研究进展。The cell cycle strictly controls multiple processes of cells,such as proliferation,growth,and division,and its regulatory mechanisms play a crucial role in the occurrence and development of tumors.In recent years,many studies have shown that for breast cancer patients with positive human epidermal growth factor receptor or estrogen receptor,the use of cyclin dependent kinase 4 and 6(CD4/6)inhibitors has an ideal therapeutic effect.However,the therapeutic effect of triple negative breast cancer patients has always been controversial.Therefore,further exploration of relevant molecular markers will be carried out to screen the most beneficial breast cancer population from this treatment,and it is of great significance for clinical treatment.In addition,the role of retinoblastoma gene(Rb)is also very important in breast cancer,and cyclinD-CDK4/6-Rb signaling pathway is regarded as a potential target for the treatment of breast cancer because of its regulatory effect on cell cycle restriction point.This article reviews the research progress of CD4/6 inhibitors in the treatment of breast cancer.
