原发性肝癌术后应用α干扰素的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性肝癌术后应用α干扰素的疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月在大连市第六人民医院肝病六科的40例原发性肝癌术后患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对两组原发性肝癌术后患者均采用临床传统治疗,对照组20例在此基础上给予经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗,试验组20例在经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术基础上应用α干扰素进行临床治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、疗效评分、生存率评分、生活质量评分。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后疗效评分、生存率评分、生活质量评分优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对原发性肝癌术后患者来说,在经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术后应用α干扰素的临床效果较好,可有效改善患者的临床治疗效果,并提高其生存率。Objective To investigate the postoperative application of primary liver cancer interferon-αefficacy.Methods Forty patients with primary liver cancer after operation in the department of Sixth liver disease,Dalian Sixth People's Hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in the two groups were treated with clinical traditional treatment,and 20 patients in the control group were treated with transcatheter hepatic artery chemoembolization,20 patients with primary liver cancer in the experimental group were treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization interferon-αwas used for clinical treatment.The treatment effect,efficacy score,survival score,and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results The number of patients with primary liver cancer in the experimental group was significantly more effective after treatment,the number of cases of acceptable efficacy,and the number of effective cases were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of curative effects,survival rate and quality of life in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with primary liver cancer after surgery,the clinical effect of interferonαafter surgery is better,which can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients and improve their survival rate.
