叙事护理在住院精神分裂症患者中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨叙事护理在精神分裂症患者治疗中的效果分析。方法通过分组对照法进行研究,选取2022年2月至2023年2月本院收治的56例精神分裂症患者,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规药物治疗配合精神科常规护理,观察组为叙事护理联合常规药物治疗。比较两组患者的BPRS总分及各因子分,治愈率和。结果本研究中观察组、对照组BPRS总分在治疗后与治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组焦虑忧郁、缺乏活力、敌对性的因子评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在精神分裂患者的临床治疗工作中,采用叙事护理联合常规药物治疗能获得比传统护理方法更好的治疗效果,且能够改善精神分裂症患者的认知能力,满足患者对人文关怀的需求,进一步积极配合后续治疗。Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia.Methods The study was conducted by group control method.56 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with conventional medication together with general psychiatric care,while the observation group was narrative nursing combined with conventional medication.The total BPRS score,cure rate and factor score of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results The BPRS scores of both the observation group and the control group differed significantly from those before treatment(P<0.05);comparing the efficacy of the observation group with that of the experimental group,the effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group in terms of the treatment effectiveness rate(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of anxiety and depression,lack of vitality and hostility in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The post-treatment scores of anxiety and depression,lack of vitality and hostility were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of narrative nursing in combination with conventional medication in the clinical treatment of schizophrenic patients can achieve better treatment outcomes than traditional treatment methods,and can lead to improvements in the cognitive abilities of schizophrenic patients and the satisfaction of schizophrenic patients'needs for humanistic care,further actively cooperate with follow-up treatment.
