摘　　要：目的:探讨与研究睡眠中癫痫性电持续状态(ESES)患儿脑电图棘慢波指数与Gesell评分的相关性,旨在为ESES患儿早期筛查、治疗及预后评估提供指导。方法:将2018年1月1日—2020年12月30日灵宝市第一人民医院收治的87例ESES患儿纳入病例组,将同期95例健康儿童纳入对照组。记录两组患儿的脑电图棘慢波指数,调查Gesell评分并进行相关性分析。结果:病例组的棘慢波指数为(92.11±6.22)。病例组的社会适应、大运动、精细运动、语言、个人社交Gesell评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.022、11.742、13.757、10.002、13.274,P<0.05)。病例组的P300波幅低于对照组,而P300潜伏期显著延长,差异有统计学意义(t=10.197、5.685,P<0.05)。在病例组中,Pearson相关分析显示棘慢波指数与P300潜伏期存在正相关性,与P300波幅、社会适应、大运动、精细运动、语言、个人社交Gesell评分存在负相关性,差异有统计学意义(r=-0.624、-0.613、-0.588、-0.524、-0.653、-0.066,P<0.05)。结论:ESES患儿伴随有脑电图棘慢波指数增加与Gesell评分下降,两者存在负相关性。Objective:To investigate and study the correlation between EEG spike and slow wave indices and Gesell score in children with epileptic electrical continuity during sleep(ESES),with the aim of providing guidance for early screening,treatment and prognostic assessment of children with ESES.Methods:87 children with ESES admitted to the hospital from January 1,2018 to December 30,2020 were included in the case group,and 95 healthy children in the same period were included in the control group.The EEG spike and slow wave indices of children in both groups were recorded,and the Gesell score was investigated and correlation analysis was performed.Results:The spiking index of the case group was(92.11±6.22).The social adaptation,gross motor,fine motor,language,and personal social Gesell scores were lower in the case group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=13.022,11.742,13.757,10.002,13.274,P<0.05).In the case group,Pearson correlation analysis showed positive correlations between spike-wave index and P300 latency and negative correlations with P300 wave amplitude,social adaptation,gross motor,fine motor,language,and personal social Gesell scores,with statistically significant differences(r=-0.624,-0.613,-0.588,-0.524,-0.653,-0.066,P<0.05).Conclusion:Children with ESES were accompanied by an increase in EEG spike and slow wave indices with a decrease in Gesell score,which was negatively correlated.
