摘 要:目的:传统的核医学教学让医学院校的学生感觉比较枯燥、乏味,教师讲授的内容与日后的临床工作有所脱节。为了解决传统教学模式中存在的问题,提高教学质量,需探索一种新的教学模式。方法:将大学生们常用的手机微信小程序联合项目式学习(project-based learning,PBL)应用于核医学的教学实践,在对照组学生采用PBL教学,观察组学生采用微信联合PBL教学。于2个多月后(第一次评测)、一学期结束后(第二次评测)分别从理论课笔试考试成绩、教学满意度、学生的自主学习能力3个方面观察两组学生的教学效果。结果:一学期后,比较两组学生的考试成绩、对核医学教学的满意度、自主学习能力,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);学期结束后,观察组较对照组学生的考试成绩明显提高(P<0.05),对核医学教学的满意度明显提高(P<0.05),自主学习能力增强(P<0.05)。结论:微信联合PBL是核医学教学中一种较好的方法,值得推广应用到其他学科。Objective The traditional teaching of nuclear medicine makes the medical students feel boring,and the contents of the teachers are out of touch with the clinical work in the future,in order to solve the problems existing in the traditional teaching mode and improve the teaching quality,we will explore a new teaching mode.Methods We applied the mobile phone WeChat which is commonly used by college students joint project-based learning(PBL)to the teaching practice of nuclear medicine.In the control group,students adopted PBL teaching.In the observation group,students adopted WeChat joint project-based learning.At the end of two months and at the end of the semester,the teaching effects of the two groups were observed from three aspects:written test scores,teaching satisfaction and students'autonomous learning ability.Results At the end of two months,there was no significant difference between the control group and the observation group in test scores,self-regulated learning ability and satisfaction with nuclear medicine teaching(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the test scores of the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05),the students'autonomous learning ability was enhanced(P<0.05),and the students'satisfaction with nuclear medicine teaching was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The WeChat joint project-based learning is a good method in nuclear medicine,and it is worth popularizing and applying to other subjects.
