基于“脏腑理论”探讨糖尿病足的病因病机及治疗

摘　　要：糖尿病足是一种糖尿病患者出现下肢远端神经及组织周围血管病变,严重时以足部组织破溃感染为特征的并发症,中医根据临床特征将其归属于“脱疽”“痈疽”等范畴,古籍中记载其发病机制多与肝、脾、肾等脏腑相关。中医药在防治糖尿病足方面具有独特优势,在改善患者临床症状的同时极大的提高了患者的生活质量。探讨糖尿病足的病因病机及中医药治疗现代实验与临床研究现状,为糖尿病足在中医脏腑理论指导下的防治提供一种新思路。Diabetes foot is a kind of complication of diabetes patients with neuropathy at the distal end of the lower limbs and surrounding blood vessels,which is characterized by foot tissue ulceration and infection in severe cases.Based on clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,it is classified as"degangrene","ulcer"and so on.It is recorded in ancient books that the pathogenesis is mostly related to the liver,spleen,kidney and other viscera.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of diabetic foot,which greatly improves the quality of life of patients while improving their clinical symptoms.To explore the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic foot and the current situation of modern experimental and clinical research on the treatment of diabetic foot with traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment of diabetic foot under the guidance of Zang-fu theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
