摘　　要：克罗恩病(CD)属于疑难疾病, 目前尚无有效的治愈方案。西医治疗已经取得了重大的进展, 但临床上仍有一些问题需要解决, 如生物制剂失应答、药物不良反应等。中医药治疗具有缓解临床症状、改善营养状态、降低炎症反应、调整消化吸收功能等作用, 与西医方案协同治疗, 可以提高CD的临床疗效、促进黏膜愈合。本文就中西医结合治疗方案以及实施策略进行论述, 旨在阐明中西医结合在CD治疗中的价值。Crohn′s disease(CD)is a refractory disease,and there is no effective treatment to cure it at present.There is great progress in Western medicine recently,but some clinical problems including loss of response of biologics and side reactions of drugs still need to solve.Chinese medicine can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve nutritional status,reduce inflammatory reaction,and adjust digestive and absorptive functions.It can improve the clinical effect and promote the healing of mucosa by cooperating with Western medicine.In this article,we review the treatments of integration of Chinese and Western medicine in order to clarify the value of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in CD treatment.
