摘　　要：本文报道青岛大学附属医院收治的1例溃疡性结肠炎使用沙利度胺诱发抑制窦房结功能的病例, 围绕沙利度胺诱发的心律失常展开讨论。This article reports a case of sinus node dysfunction induced by thalidomide in ulcerative colitis in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University and discusses the drug-induced arrhythmias induced by thalidomide.
