摘　　要：通风机在保障矿井安全方面发挥着不可替代的作用,使用监控系统不仅能提升通风系统的运行可靠性,还可以降低一定的能源消耗。结合实际情况设计了矿用通风机监控系统,系统整体上可分为调度层、传输层和终端设备层三大部分。系统中使用的控制器为S7-1200型PLC控制器,利用各类专业传感器对通风系统的振动、温度、风量、电气、压力参数进行实时监测。基于模糊PID控制技术实现通风量的高效控制。PLC控制器的软件程序基于模块化思想进行设计,通过一个主程序对各子程序进行串联,从而实现系统的各项功能。将监控系统应用到通风机工程实践中,应用效果良好,达到了预期效果,为企业创造了良好的安全效益和经济效益,值得其他煤矿企业借鉴。Ventilator fans play an irreplaceable role in ensuring the mine safety.The use of the monitoring system can not only improve the operational reliability of the ventilation system,but also reduce a certain amount of energy consumption.Combined with the actual situation,a monitoring system for mine ventilator fans is designed.The system can be divided into three parts:dispatching layer,transmission layer and terminal equipment layer.The controller used in the system is Siemens S7-1200 PLC controller,which uses various professional sensors to conduct real-time detection of the vibration,temperature,air volume,electrical and pressure parameters of the ventilation system.High-efficiency control of ventilation volume is realized based on fuzzy PID control technology.The software program of the PLC controller is designed based on the idea of modularization,and the subprograms are connected in series through a main program to realize the functions of the system.The application of the monitoring system in the practice of ventilation fan engineering has achieved good results and expected results,creating good safety and economic benefits for the enterprise,which is worthy of reference for other coal mining enterprises.
