摘  要:胶带机是煤矿生产中重要的运输装备,胶带机的运行过程会对煤矿输送效率产生直接影响。以DTL100/80/2×400型胶带机为对象,基于先进的PID模糊控制技术设计了胶带机控制系统,此项技术融合了PID控制技术和模糊控制技术的优势,性能更优,选用的控制箱型号为KXJ-9,以S7-300型PLC控制器为核心,配套其他硬件设施具有良好的控制性能,能在复杂的工况环境下应用。对系统的网络构架进行了介绍,重点分析了胶带机软启动过程的软件设计,以及胶带速度自动调节控制的工作流程。实践应用表明,胶带机的运行稳定性和可靠性显著提升,创造了良好的安全效益和经济效益。The belt conveyor is an important transportation equipment in coal mines,and the operation process will have a direct impact on the coal mine transportation efficiency.Taking DTL100/80/2×400 belt conveyor as the object,the belt conveyor control system was designed based on advanced PID fuzzy control technology.This technology fully integrates the advantages of PID control technology and fuzzy control technology,and has better performance.The selected control box model is KXJ-9,with S7-300 PLC controller as the core,and other hardware facilities with good control performance,which can be applied in complex working conditions.The network structure of the system was introduced,and the software flow of the soft-start process of the belt conveyor and the work flow of the automatic adjustment and control of the belt speed were analyzed emphatically.Practical applications have shown that operational stability and reliability of belt conveyor have been significantly improved,creating good safety and economic benefits.
