摘　　要：国家安全学学科建设需在厘清学科动力、内涵和边界的基础上,构建统分结合的学科体系、平台体系、学术与实践共同体。在这一重大而紧迫的使命中,国家安全学学科建设需深入领悟和阐释总体国家安全观的思想内涵与要求,构建国家安全理论体系,总结安全战略和历史经验,深化重点领域机制与治理研究,建立学理与实践相结合的人才培养体系,完善咨政能力建设。北京大学国家安全学学科建设团队紧紧围绕党和国家战略部署,坚持立德树人根本任务,在打造高水平师资队伍、着力培养高素质复合型国家安全人才、聚焦国家安全重大议题开展深入研究等方面做出思考,提出重点建设三个二级学科、推进“五位一体”平台建设的初步设想。To develop the discipline of National Security Studies, it is needed to first clarify the motive forces, as well as the connotation and denotation. The development of National Security Studies should lead to the establishment of a coordinated disciplinary system combining unification and division, a platform system, and a community for both academics and practitioners. To fulfill this important and urgent mission, it is required to comprehend and interpret the connotation and requirements of the holistic approach to national security, construct a theoretical system of National Security Studies, and summarize historical experiences of security strategy and practice. In addition, it is of necessity to deepen the study of mechanism and governance in key areas, establish a talent training system integrating theory and practice, and improve capacity building in policy consultation. The team of National Security Studies at Peking University has been closely following the strategic deployment of the Party and the state and implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. This paper puts forward a tentative framework of developing three secondary-level disciplines under National Security Studies and constructing a “Five-in-One” platform with the aims of building first-class faculty, cultivating capable and well-rounded professionals in national security, and deepening research on major national security issues.
