摘  要:针对常规生丝纤度检验步骤繁杂、工作量大的问题,在目前电子天平称重检测方法的基础上,设计了一种新型生丝纤度自动检验仪,其具有生丝自动卷绕、实时断丝检测、防堆叠移丝、静态称重以及计算控制等功能,检测时只需人工上丝即可准确得到每绞丝的纤度值。介绍了生丝纤度检验方法和断丝处理方法,并与人工检测进行对比试验。结果表明:使用自动检验仪进行生丝纤度检验的结果与人工检测结果无显著性差异,说明检验仪能够满足目前生丝纤度检验要求。In view of the complex and labor-intensive steps of conventional raw silk fineness inspection,a new type of automatic raw silk fineness inspection instrument has been designed based on the current electronic balance weighing detection method.It has functions such as automatic raw silk winding,real-time broken silk detection,anti-stacking and shifting of silk,static weighing,and calculation control.During the inspection,only manual threading is required to accurately obtain the fineness value of each strand.The raw silk detection method and broken silk treating are introduced,and comparative experiments with manual detection is conducted.The results show that there is no significant difference between the results of using an automatic inspection instrument for raw silk fineness testing and the results of manual testing,indicating that the inspection instrument can meet the current requirements for raw silk fineness testing.
