摘  要:新疆中泰创安环境科技股份有限公司于2017年投建1套2万√a废酸脱氯装置,将危险废弃物转化成产品,提高副产硫酸的经济附加值。运行过程中存在如下问题:真空系统立式机械真空泵故障率高,冬季生产原料硫酸温度低,脱氯效果差等。提出改造方案:将机械式真空泵改为水力真空泵;原料进料管线增加板式换热器;脱氯塔单独接人进料管线;提升自控水平,降低劳动强度。改造后,游离氯质量分数下降到0.007%以下,现场作业人员由3人减少至1人。In 2017,Xinjiang Zhongtai Chuangan Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd.invested in the construction of a 20000 t/a waste acid dechlorination unit to convert hazardous waste into products and increased the economic added value of by-product sulfuric acid.During operation of the unit,there were the following problems:high failure rate of vertical mechanical vacuum pumps for the vacuum system,low temperature of raw material sulfuric acid during production in winter,and poor dechlorination effect.The following transformation plans were proposed:replacing the mechanical vacum pump with a hydraulic vacuum pump;adding plate heat exchangers to the raw material feeding pipeline;separately connecting the dechlorination tower to the feed pipeline;improving automatic control level to reduce labor intensity.After the transformations were carried out,the free chlorine mass fraction decreased to below 0.007%,and the number of on-site workers decreased from 3 to 1.
