摘　　要：维多利亚晚期的英国海洋小说不仅为英国公民带来了阅读体验的提升,还产生了一种潜移默化的思想指引,深刻展现了文学文本所蕴含的教化功能和教育力量。故事中的海洋冒险叙事在品格教育方面为公民成长提供了一种男性气概教育;航海危机叙事聚焦航海技术的重要性,向民众传达了一种航海职业教育;航海人的家园想象帮助英国公民认识了家园的意义以及家与国之间的联系,彰显了家园想象中的国家认同教育。The late Victorian British sea novels not only improve the reading experience for British citizens,but also function as an ideological guidance to convey the education power of literary texts.This paper points out that the sea adventure narrative provides a manliness education for the male citizens,the voyage crisis narrative indicates a kind of maritime vocational education by emphasizing the sailors'seamanship,and the homeland imagination from the voyagers helps the British citizens know the kinship as well as the importance of the home and the country.
