摘　　要：“双减”政策背景下实现高水平供需良性循环对青少年体育培训市场高质量发展至关重要.运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法探究并审视青少年体育培训市场供需良性循环的内涵意蕴与现实阻滞,认为当前协同育人共识不足导致“应试化”升温、供需结构不匹配导致市场提质增效乏力、治理手段落后导致预期与现实存在落差.基于此,以“理念—主体—环境”为核心要素,构建青少年体育培训市场供需良性循环运行模式,提出有效畅通青少年体育培训供需良性循环的现实进路,即理念层面:多元主体凝聚共识,合力构建育人新格局;主体层面:多元主体协同联动,厚植高质量发展基础;环境层面:深化数字赋能,提高治理现代化水平.Under the background of“double reduction”policy,achieving a high-level virtuous cycle of supply and demand is crucial to the high-quality development of youth sports training market.Though the methods of literature and logical analysis,this study explores and examines the connotation and the realistic obstructions of the virtuous cycle of supply and demand in the youth sports training market,and concludes that the current lack of consensus on collaborative education leads to the rise of“test-orientation”,the mismatch between the supply and demand structure results in the lack of efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of the market,and the backward governance means brings about the drop between expectations and reality.On the basis of these,taking“concept-subject-environment”as core element,it constructs a ope-ration model of the virtuous cycle of supply and demand for youth sports training market,and proposes realistic paths for effectively smoothing the virtuous cycle of it,which includes that on idea level,multiple subjects form consensus and cooperate to build a new pattern of education;on subject level,multiple subjects coordinate and inter-connect to lay a solid foundation for high-quality development;on environment level,digital empowerment is deepened to improve governance modernization.
