摘 要:为分析大学生创新训练计划项目实践过程中存在的问题,采取相对应的策略以更好地提升高校培养创新人才的目标。研究对2017—2019年某高校国家级大学生创新训练计划进展情况进行量化分析,并结合调查问卷全面评估其实施效果。结果显示,88.1%的同学认为参加训练有利于成绩的进步;96.7%的同学认为参与训练对科研观念的培养有一定帮助。同时,项目实施中主要存在的问题包括因经费不足而使用危险替代品,指导教师缺乏团队交流引导以及标志性成果未能亲自完成等。因此,高校应从学生主体出发,结合本校师学实际,多措并举,更大程度上发挥项目的效用。To analyze the problem in the practice of innovation training for college students,and adopt effective strategies to better enhance the goal of training innovative talents in colleges and universities.This paper makes a quantitative analysis of the progress of the national innovation training program for college students in a university from 2017 to 2019,and comprehensively evaluates its implementation effect combined with a questionnaire.The results show 88.1%of the students think that participating in the innovation training for college students is beneficial to the progress of grades;96.7%of the students think that participating in the innovation training for college students is helpful to the cultivation of scientific research concepts.At the same time,the problems in project implementation mainly include the use of dangerous substitutes due to insufficient funds,the lack of team communication and guidance by instructors,and the failure to complete the landmark results in person.Therfore,colleges and universities should start from the main body of students and take multiple measures to give full play to the effectiveness of the project to a greater extent.
